The CJL RISE Series is designed to equip emerging youth leaders with the character, skills, and experiences needed to make a lasting impact in their communities. Grounded in the values of Respect, Initiative, Service, and Empowerment, the series blends active learning, teamwork, and personal reflection to build stronger leaders from the ground up. Through interactive workshops a n d challenge-based experiences, participants explore what it means to lead with respect, take initiative in times of uncertainty, serve others with purpose, and empower themselves and their peers to achieve more together. Each session builds toward the culminating CJL Leadership Summit, where participants showcase their growth and join a wider network of community change makers.

CHRONIC ILLNESS AWARD APPLICATIONS ARE OPEN!
Every year The CJL Foundation provides Chronic Illness awards to those in our local community who struggle with the financial burden of medical bills as a result of a loved one having a chronic illness. This program is in loving memory & celebration of Kerry Sek. Kerry embodied what Conor stood for when it came to assisting those in our community who need it most at such a difficult time.
If you or someone you know in the WNY Community that could benefit from this, please apply below by emailing Meghan Quinn. Please describe the family member impacted, along with any other details about their financial situation surrounding the chronic illness. Thank you!
